February 4, 2012 Greetings! Thanks for stopping at my home in CyberSpace. I've been extremely busy with real world challenges and haven't had the time to devote to my web sites. I have a number of them. Many in a state of embarassing disarry. That will change. For now, take a look at the links at the top of the right column. I am finally putting the issue of The Oracle of Fortescue into the past. It was a difficult situation that has cost me quite a bit of money but I'm putting it all to bed by writing the final chapter. Imagine waking up one day and having woman slander you by calling you a stalker and a sex predator. I lived that nightmare for almost two years. As with all of life, there are elements of anguish and elements of humor in nearly everything we do. My encounter with The Oracle of Fortescue falls into both the humor and anguish categories. Watch the videos. Pay attention to what she says. Notice how often she gives me permission to post her story on the Internet. How silly of me to actually believe the woman. Although she uses the phrase, "I never lie" quite often, it is obvious that she has a problem with certain aspects of reality. She is quite intelligent but... In the court room, during the hearing, she committed perjury multiple times as well as committing perjury in regard to the charges she filed against Earl Meyer and myself. She said, "I misspoke." Attorney Michael Testa, who represented Earl Meyer, told the court that she committeed perjury. Only the good nature or sympathy...was he feeling sorry for her?...of the judge prevented her from being charged with perjury. You'll have to read the sections of the transcript where her charges of violating a "no contact" order are discussed. She swore, under penalty of perjury, that a procecutor issued multiple no contact orders against both Earl and me. Not true! Only a judge can issue such an order. In Tammy McGinley's reality, the prosecutor issued the order. Watch the videos. Stop back soon and read the actual transcript. |
